Where we can we will try to stay inside, if we’re outside or on a walking tour we provide umbrellas or plastic ponchos.
How do I pay?
For most tours we require a 10% deposit which you can be sent to us by clicking here. You can pay the remaining balance to your tour guide in dollars or pesos, contact us if you would like to pay by card.
Do you offer group discounts ?
Yes! Ask about discounts for groups of more than four and for multi-day bookings.
Safety
It’s time to dispel a few of the myths about Colombia. There are many common misconceptions of what Colombia is like, but many fortunate people are becoming aware that it is a country which has much more to it than damning headlines. It is a land of warm people with much energy and spirit. The capital city of Bogota is known as ‘the Athens of the south’ rich with history architecture and art. Like any city Bogota has places you don’t want to go, and there common sense guidelines you should follow such as, don’t carry large amounts of cash and never leave personal items unattended, we also recommend taking a taxi if you’re out past 10pm.
Do your own research too… And one more point. As your guides, our priorities are firmly established. Safety is our first concern – your safety and ours. To put it bluntly, your enjoyment of Colombia is our second highest priority. Anytime we feel uncomfortable or concerned, we will take immediate, appropriate measures. Tours and families
Families and children are very welcome o our tours. Whats more kids under 10 go free! Not all of our excursions are suitable for youngsters however as they some may involve a fair bit of walking. If you are traveling with young children or have special requirements it’s worth getting in touch to maybe request a very reasonably priced personalized service.
